When will I receive my order?
Your order will be processed in two phases:
When you complete your order, your collection kit will be shipped to you.
If your order is placed before 12:00 pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday, we will do our very best to ship your order that same business day.
Once you have received your specimen collection kit, you will need to register your kit and send it back in the included return packaging.
Once the lab has received your kit, please allow 6-8 weeks of processing time.
You will receive a notification through your email of your completed results. This will include a secure link to view your results.
